My journey is built on over two decades of experience, with a background as a former martial artist and cinematographer that shaped my eye for movement. Today, my heart lies in the vision of Directing and the rhythm of Editing.
Born and raised in Sweden, with roots in Gambia, my work carries both range and grit—moving between cultures, genres, and tones without losing clarity of voice.
My international breakthrough, Last Man Down (2021), reached audiences globally—and seeing it climb the charts was surreal: #8 on Netflix US, #3 on Netflix UK, and #2 on Amazon Prime, alongside Top 10 placements on HBO and Paramount+ in multiple markets.
Outside of film, I've also written Senja Chronicles, a published novel with screen potential.
I lead with calm and trust. If something breaks, I fix it. If the plan changes, I adapt.
